Easy to use

Water borne paints are considerably harder to remove from spray guns than conventional paints. Therefore the Drester 950 has been supplied with a pre-wash brush and rinse gun.  The brush and the rinse gun are fed with recycled water.  With the use of an additional kit you can have clean tap water through the rinse gun for additional cleaning of the gun’s paint channels.

It can also be equipped with a Flush Gun, enabling use with other rinsing water/solvent as often provided by the paint manufacturers.

Low water consumption and recovery

Thanks to the effective cleaning and water reuse facility, water consumption is low and the environmental impact is reduced.  Water recovery is achieved by adding a flocculating agent when the Drester-950 is full of soiled water.  The liquid is agitated automatically with air.  After filtration the water can be reused or pumped out through the brush.

Efficient filter system

The Drester 950 ensures simple and efficient filtration of wash water.  The paint remains are captured in a pre-filter which can be reused.  A main filter traps the small particles in the liquid, resulting in clear, recycled water. The use of two filters assures a simple handling and increases the life of the main filter.

Powerful diaphragm pump

The Drester 950 is equipped with the powerful Drester Teflon diaphragm pump for a quick and efficient cleaning of the spray gun.
