Drester 9000TT-B is a 2-in-1-solution that combines innovative thinking and the well known functionality, user-friendliness and high quality of Drester Gun Cleaners. What you get is a smart, reliable and high performing machine that eliminates the risk of cross contamination.

The left part of the machine is a fully enclosed conventional spray gun cleaning section for solvent based paints. After an automated wash cycle
with circulating solvent, the spray gun can be rinsed manually with fresh solvent. The cleaning section for water based paints on the right side has a manual cleaning method that has been developed together with leading paint manufacturers. The machine can be set up to fit any waterbased paint system.

Drester 9000TT-B is equipped with the Drester Teflon diaphragm pumps. These reliable pumps have an outstanding performance and deliver a high volume of solvent at low pressure. This makes the machine efficient and ensures minimal loss of solvent.

  • the left side is fully enclosed and has a practical design. The spacious cabinet has room for the solvent containers and next to the cleaning area is a practical work top. The machine also has a filter in the hood for test spraying.
  • the solvent cleaning section is equipped with two Drester teflon diaphragm pumps. During the effective cleaning process, the spray gun is cleaned internally and externally with circulating solvent.
  • it has two nozzles in the lid for manual washing, one for fresh solvent and one for circulating. The nozzles face downwards into the washing compartment to keep the machine clean.
  • a practical air connection provides the Gun Cleaner with air pressure for manual sprayout facility of the gun through a funnel in the lid.
  • the interior is designed to give perfect cleaning results for every type of spray gun, both internally and externally. It is easily removed when the washing compartment needs cleaning and it can be obtained in a one or two gun version.
  • both the washing compartment and worktop are made of stainless steel.
  • a specially designed nozzle connected to the spray gun’s air channels pushes air through the spray gun during the cleaning cycle and thereby prevents solvent and dust particles from entering the air channels during cleaning. The moisture trap prevents water and dirt from penetrating into the machine’s air system and a regulator ensures the correct air pressure inside the machine.
  • the cleaning section for water based paints on the right side has been fitted with a brush for prewash with recycled water.
  • the rinse gun is designed specifically for effective high-pressure cleaning of the spray gun’s paint channels. It is as standard set to use fresh water, but can easily be set for recycled water.
  • automatic liquid agitation with pulsating air and a flocculating agent ensures perfect flocculation in a matter of minutes. Paint and water are separated through filtration.
  • after filtration the water can be reused or pumped away into the drain (subject to local Water Authority approval). This means that manual evacuation of the machine is not necessary.
